your firm, we do not get paid. There is no down
payment necessary. We work for free until we
can match with the kind of individual you need
within your organization.

Devotes some time with the recruiter defining
and redefining that ideal employee.

Narrows down the duties and responsibilities
of the position.

Establishes a quick (2 week or less) and thorough
hiring process.

Follows up with the recruiter and provides honest
responses.

Responds quickly.

Keeps the recruiter abreast on changes and progress.

Returns phone calls. (most important)
